Meeting your chauffeur at JFK Terminal 7.
At Terminals 5 and 7, the Port Authority sends car-service and ride-app pickups to a lot at the AirTrain Howard Beach station, not the terminal curb. With Meet & Greet your chauffeur parks at Terminal 4 or 8, rides the free AirTrain to Terminal 7, meets you at baggage claim with a name sign and rides back to the car with you.
Drop-offs for departing flights still work at Terminal 7; the drop-off area is now inside the Terminal 7 parking garage, so follow the signs.

The Terminal 7 (Orange) lot is closed; JFK directs drivers to the Terminal 8 (Red) lot. Since September 22, 2026 Terminal 7 pickups, drop-offs and the taxi stand are inside the Terminal 7 parking garage.
Construction
JFK is being rebuilt through 2026, so some airport roads have detours and closures. We plan extra time, and your chauffeur texts you the exact meeting point before you land.
