LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro transfers, and other JFK routes, are quoted from your route and vehicle, with the fare confirmed before you book.

When will I receive my chauffeur's name, phone number, and vehicle details?
As soon as your chauffeur is assigned, typically well before your pickup time, we email you their name, direct phone number, and vehicle details (make, model, color, and license plate). You can call or text your chauffeur directly on the day of your trip, and your booking confirmation page always shows the latest assignment.
How does flight tracking work for airport pickups?
Share your airline and flight number when booking and we monitor your flight in real time. If your flight lands early or is delayed, your pickup time adjusts automatically at no extra charge, your chauffeur arrives based on the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. There is nothing you need to do; we handle the change and notify you.
What happens if my flight is significantly delayed or diverted?
Your reservation stays active and your chauffeur is rescheduled to the new arrival time. For long delays or diversions, our team contacts you to reconfirm. Complimentary wait time begins at actual touchdown, so delays never eat into your grace period.
Is gratuity included in the fare?
No. Gratuity is not included. Tips are optional and greatly appreciated, and 100% goes to your chauffeur. You can add one when you pay, or after your ride from the thank-you email.
What is included in my fare, and are there hourly minimums or waiting-time charges?
Your quoted fare includes the vehicle, professional chauffeur, flight tracking, complimentary wait time after landing, and tolls on the quoted route. Hourly (As Directed) bookings carry a per-vehicle minimum number of hours shown at booking. Waiting time beyond the complimentary grace period, and unscheduled extra stops, are billed transparently and always confirmed with you before any charge is made.
