Who we are

NM Luxury Transportation Private Chauffeur ("we", "us") operates luxnm.com and provides private chauffeured transportation in New York and the tri-state area. Questions about this policy? Write to reservations@luxnm.com.

What we collect

• Booking details you give us — name, email, phone, pickup and drop-off locations, flight details, and special requests, so we can provide the service you reserved.
• Payment data — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic website usage — anonymous counts of page visits, clicks, and conversions so we know which pages help visitors and which do not. These records contain no message or booking content.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use Google Ads to measure when an ad visit turns into a reservation. To do that, Google sets a small cookie on your browser and may receive a signal that a booking was completed.

In regions that require consent — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — advertising measurement stays off until you accept through our cookie banner. If you decline, nothing is charged, your booking works exactly the same, and only limited, cookieless measurement signals may be sent. Visitors outside those regions can still opt out with the "Cookie settings" control in our footer.

How long we keep things

Reservation records are kept for as long as needed for our business, tax, and legal obligations. Website usage and measurement records are kept no longer than necessary for reporting.
