How far in advance should I book?
We accept reservations up to twelve months ahead. For peak periods we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, but our concierge regularly accommodates same-day requests.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Every airport reservation includes complimentary flight tracking. Your chauffeur arrives based on your actual landing time, no extra charge for delays.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least four hours before pickup are fully refunded. Inside four hours a 50% fee applies; no-shows are charged in full.
Are gratuities included?
Gratuity is not included. Tips are optional and greatly appreciated, and 100% goes to your chauffeur.
Do you serve New Jersey and Connecticut, or only New York City?
We are New York City based and serve the entire tri-state area. That includes all five boroughs, Westchester, Long Island and the Hamptons, plus New Jersey (Jersey City, Hoboken, Newark, Bergen and Hudson County, Morristown, Princeton) and Connecticut (Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Westport and Fairfield County).
Which airports do you cover across the tri-state area?
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark (EWR), Teterboro (TEB), Westchester County (HPN) and Long Island MacArthur (ISP), all with complimentary flight tracking.
Can I add extra stops to my transfer?
Yes. You can add one or multiple intermediate stops during the booking process for a small additional fee per stop.
