How quickly can a chauffeur reach me in Manhattan?
Our dispatch desk runs 24/7 and vehicles are positioned across the New York metro area. Same-day and on-demand pickups in Manhattan are usually possible within 60–90 minutes, and we regularly accommodate shorter notice. Reservations booked ahead are guaranteed for the exact time you choose.
How is the fare calculated?
Every trip, including airport transfers, is quoted on distance and vehicle class. You see the exact, all-inclusive fare, tolls and taxes included, before you pay anything.
Can I book a chauffeur for several hours?
Yes. Hourly as-directed service keeps the same chauffeur and vehicle with you for the duration, which is the better choice for multi-stop days, shopping, roadshows or events.
Can I book a same-day or last-minute car service in New York?
Yes. Our concierge operates 24/7 and online reservations can be made for pickups as soon as the minimum advance notice shown at booking, usually about 90 minutes ahead. For anything shorter, call or WhatsApp our concierge and we will check which vehicles and chauffeurs are free. Your ride is confirmed once your reservation is complete and you receive a confirmation email; during peak dates we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead.
How do I cancel or change my reservation, and are there fees?
Contact our concierge by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your reservation number to change or cancel. Changes to time, addresses, or vehicle are subject to availability and may update your fare. Cancellations made at least four hours before pickup are fully refunded. Inside four hours a 50% fee applies, and no-shows are charged in full.
When do I pay, and is a deposit required?
There is no separate deposit. After you send your request, our concierge emails your exact, all-inclusive fare with a secure payment link. Your card is charged the full amount only when you pay through that link, which confirms and locks your reservation. For a corporate account or another arrangement, contact our concierge.
