Do you offer discreet service for diplomats and delegations?
Yes. Vehicles are unmarked, chauffeurs are background-checked and trained in protocol and discretion, and itineraries are treated as confidential. We do not discuss passengers, destinations, or schedules with anyone outside the assigned team.
Which vehicle is appropriate for a principal or head of delegation?
Our First Class Sedan tier, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8, is the standard for principals and heads of delegation, with a 3-hour minimum. Luxury SUVs are preferred where additional space or a higher seating position is required, and are commonly used for accompanying staff and security.
Can you arrange airport transfers for arriving delegations?
Yes. Arrivals are available from JFK, Newark, and Teterboro, including private aviation, quoted before you book. We track every flight, meet inside the terminal or at the FBO, and can dispatch multiple vehicles to move a delegation together.
Do you support multi-stop days and standing accounts?
Yes. Full-day hire covers unlimited stops within the reserved hours, missions, bilateral meetings, receptions, hotels. On point-to-point bookings, additional stops are itemized upfront. Missions, consulates, NGOs, and corporate delegations can open a billed account with our concierge.
