Booked NM Luxury for a JFK pickup after a red-eye from London. The chauffeur was waiting at arrivals with a discreet sign, took my luggage without a word, and had chilled water and a phone charger ready. The Escalade was immaculate. This is the standard every car service claims to meet but almost none actually do.
