What does my fare include, and how do minimums and waiting charges work?
Your quoted fare includes the vehicle, professional chauffeur, tolls on the quoted route, and 20% gratuity. Airport pickups include flight tracking and the applicable complimentary waiting period. Optional extras, such as Meet & Greet or child seats, are itemized in your quote. Hourly bookings have vehicle-specific minimums shown at booking. Waiting beyond the included period and unscheduled extra stops may cost more; our team confirms any additional charges with you.
Can I book a same-day or last-minute car service in New York?
Yes. Our concierge operates 24/7 and online reservations can be made for pickups as soon as the minimum advance notice shown at booking, usually about 90 minutes ahead. For anything shorter, call or WhatsApp our concierge and we will check which vehicles and chauffeurs are free. Your ride is confirmed once your reservation is complete and you receive a confirmation email; during peak dates we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead.
How do I cancel or change my reservation, and are there fees?
Contact our concierge by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your reservation number to change or cancel. Changes to time, addresses, or vehicle are subject to availability and may update your fare. Cancellations made at least four hours before pickup are fully refunded. Inside four hours a 50% fee applies, and no-shows are charged in full.
When do I pay, and is a deposit required?
There is no separate deposit. You see your exact fare before checkout, and when you book online your card is charged the full amount through our secure, encrypted checkout to confirm and lock your reservation. If you need a different arrangement, such as a payment link sent to you or a corporate account, contact our concierge before booking.
How do flight tracking and delays affect my airport pickup?
Provide your airline and flight number when booking so we can monitor your arrival and adjust pickup to your actual landing time. Complimentary waiting time starts at actual touchdown, not the scheduled arrival: 30 minutes for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals. For a significant delay, diversion, or change of flight, contact our concierge to reconfirm your pickup location and arrangements.
