Questions, answered

What is an hourly or as directed chauffeur?

You reserve a car and chauffeur for a block of time. The chauffeur stays with you and goes where you need, so you can add stops or change plans without booking new rides.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

Yes. The minimum for each vehicle is shown in the booking form when you choose hourly service.

Can I add stops during the reservation?

Yes. That is the main benefit of hourly service. Meetings, shopping, dinners and errands can all be covered in one booking.

What if I need more time?

Tell your chauffeur. Extra time is reviewed by our team and confirmed with you before any added charge.

When is hourly better than point to point?

Choose hourly when you have three or more stops, uncertain timing, or want the car waiting for you. For a single trip, point to point is usually simpler.
