No. Every Sprinter reservation includes one of our professional, background-checked chauffeurs. We are a chauffeured service, not a self-drive rental.

As soon as your chauffeur is assigned, we email you their name, direct phone number, and vehicle details, including make, model, color, and license plate. Your booking confirmation page shows the latest assignment. If you need these details before they appear, contact our concierge for an update.
What does my fare include, and how do minimums and waiting charges work?
Your quoted hourly fare includes the vehicle, and professional chauffeur. Waiting between stops is part of your reserved time. The duration and applicable vehicle minimum are shown when you reserve. Optional extras are itemized in your quote. Time beyond your reservation is reviewed by our team before any overtime charge is confirmed.
Can I book a same-day or last-minute car service in New York?
Sprinter reservations need our team to review eligibility and availability before they are confirmed, so book as early as you can. For a same-day group request, contact our concierge by phone or WhatsApp and we will tell you right away whether a van is available.
How do I cancel or change my reservation, and are there fees?
Contact our concierge by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your reservation number to change or cancel. Changes to time, addresses, or vehicle are subject to availability and may update your fare. Cancellations made at least four hours before pickup are fully refunded. Inside four hours a 50% fee applies, and no-shows are charged in full.
When do I pay, and is a deposit required?
No deposit is taken when you request a Sprinter. Once our team approves your reservation, you complete secure online payment to confirm it. Your exact total is shown before you pay.
Can my hourly Sprinter reservation include an airport pickup?
You can request an airport pickup as part of your hourly itinerary. Sprinter service remains hourly only, and our team must review eligibility and availability and approve your reservation. Share your flight details so the concierge can confirm pickup and waiting arrangements for your group.
