Meeting your chauffeur at JFK Terminal 5.
At Terminals 5 and 7, the Port Authority sends car-service and ride-app pickups to a lot at the AirTrain Howard Beach station, not the terminal curb. With Meet & Greet you do not have to find your way there alone: your chauffeur parks at Terminal 4 or 8, rides the free AirTrain to Terminal 5, meets you at baggage claim with a name sign and rides back to the car with you.
JetBlue international flights arrive at Terminal 5 from 5:00 in the morning until 10:30 at night, and at Terminal 4 overnight.
Drop-offs for departing flights are not affected: you can still be dropped in front of Terminal 5.
Parking
The Terminal 5 (Yellow) garage is open. Since October 19, 2026 cars enter it by a new ramp and the old Level 1 entry is not available, so allow a few extra minutes.
Construction
JFK is being rebuilt through 2026, so some airport roads have detours and closures. We plan extra time, and your chauffeur texts you the exact meeting point before you land.
Pickup and parking details come from the JFK alerts and advisories, checked October 2026. Other JFK terminals: Terminal 1, Terminal 4, Terminal 7, Terminal 8. Back to the JFK airport guide.
