As soon as your chauffeur is assigned, we email you their name, direct phone number, and vehicle details, including make, model, color, and license plate. Your booking confirmation page shows the latest assignment. If you need these details before they appear, contact our concierge for an update.

Your quoted hourly fare includes the vehicle, and professional chauffeur. Waiting between stops is part of your reserved time. The duration and applicable vehicle minimum are shown when you reserve. Optional extras are itemized in your quote. Time beyond your reservation is reviewed by our team before any overtime charge is confirmed.

Yes. Our concierge operates 24/7 and online reservations can be made for pickups as soon as the minimum advance notice shown at booking, usually about 90 minutes ahead. For anything shorter, call or WhatsApp our concierge and we will check which vehicles and chauffeurs are free. Your ride is confirmed once your reservation is complete and you receive a confirmation email; during peak dates we recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead.

Contact our concierge by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your reservation number to change or cancel. Changes to time, addresses, or vehicle are subject to availability and may update your fare. Cancellations made at least four hours before pickup are fully refunded. Inside four hours a 50% fee applies, and no-shows are charged in full.

There is no separate deposit. After you send your request, our concierge emails your exact, all-inclusive fare with a secure payment link. Your card is charged the full amount only when you pay through that link, which confirms and locks your reservation. For a corporate account or another arrangement, contact our concierge.
